A Creative Design Consultation
Every commission begins with a relaxed one-to-one consultation, where we take the time to understand you as a couple. We'll explore your favourite blooms, colour palette, venue, styling preferences and the atmosphere you want to create, shaping a bespoke floral concept that complements your celebration.
Thoughtfully Designed, Beautifully Crafted
Each installation is individually handcrafted using premium Italian crepe-paper. Throughout the creative process, we'll share design updates and images, allowing you to see your bespoke florals evolve and ensuring every detail reflects your vision before your wedding day.
Floral Keepsakes to Treasure
Unlike traditional florals, our small crepe-paper creations can be enjoyed long after your wedding day. From bespoke centrepieces and garlands to collaborative keepsake pieces, your wedding florals become lasting reminders of one of life's most meaningful celebrations.
Delivery, Installation & Styling
On your wedding day, we work closely with your venue and wedding team to ensure every floral installation is delivered, expertly installed and beautifully styled. Where appropriate, our statement pieces can also be thoughtfully repositioned from your ceremony to your reception, allowing them to be enjoyed throughout your celebration.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we get in touch?
We recommend getting in touch 6–8 months before your wedding to allow plenty of time for the creative journey.
From your initial design consultation and colour palette development to selecting your favourite blooms and refining every detail, we believe creating bespoke wedding florals should never be rushed. If your design includes bespoke flower varieties, additional time may be needed to develop and perfect these before final creation begins.
As we take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a truly personal experience, we encourage booking early to secure your wedding date.
Are the backdrops available to hire?
Yes. Our bespoke floral backdrops are available as 24 hr rental installations, professionally delivered, installed and styled for your wedding day.
Can the backdrop be moved from the ceremony to the reception?
Where venue and logistics allow, The Paper Petal Studio can reposition the giant floral installations to create impact throughout different parts of your celebration.
Can you colour-match my wedding palette?
Absolutely. We work with an extensive range of premium Italian crepe-paper colours to create a palette inspired by your favourite blooms and wedding styling.
Can you create my favourite flower in crepe-paper?
Absolutely. Where time allows, we can design and handcraft bespoke crepe-paper flowers inspired by your favourite blooms, incorporating them into your wedding installation, floral centrepieces or garlands. If there's a flower that holds special meaning for you, we'd be delighted to discuss creating something uniquely personal for your celebration.
