HANDMADE CREPE-PAPER FLOWER CREATIONS - REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our crepe-paper flowers and bespoke floral creations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each piece is crafted with care and made to order, making it unique and personal to your request.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us (at nodlaig@thepaperpetalstudio.ie) within 3 days of delivery with photos and a full description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

MASTERCLASS PRODUCT - REFUND POLICY

All masterclass products are non-refundable purchases as once a purchase has been made for a masterclass, supporting materials are made available to the purchaser. 

DIGITAL PRODUCT - REFUND POLICY

Digital Product — All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

 By purchasing our e-book or templates, you acknowledge that:

• The product is delivered digitally (no physical item will be shipped).
• Delivery is considered complete once the file is made available for download.
• You waive your right to a refund under the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period, as outlined in consumer protection law, by agreeing to immediate access.
